Your Role:

 

·  Responsible for increasing revenue and margin of Industry & Testing segment in Merck Life Science SLS. I&T segment covers broad range of industries from Chemical, Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Li-Ion Battery, Flavor and Fragrance, Food and Beverage, Personal care, Equipment and Analytical service except Pharma and Biotech.
·  Actively develop and manage existing business of the Merck Life Science in the relevant market segments
·  Identify and develop new business opportunities and follow up customers’ needs to grow I&T business
·  Develop & execute sales strategy for I&T segment and assigned accounts
·  Build and manage good relationships with the customers including distributors
·  Deliver or arrange the training on a product or service to customer or distributors if necessary
·  Share sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activities with appropriate stakeholders within organization (e.g., marketing, service, global stakeholders, etc.) so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
·  Ensure customer information and relevant documents are maintained in the appropriate database and CRM

 

Who you are:

 

·  Bachelors or higher degree required in relevant area like sciences related department
·  +3-15 years of Sales experience  related field
·  Good command of English and Korean
·  Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
·  Prefer to have experiences in digital tools SFDC, Redox, Eloqua, SAP
·  Driver’s license
·  Data analysis skill
