Your Role:

Throughout this program, you will get to know the multiple aspects of Marketing and Strategy (e.g., Market Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Market Access & Pricing, Business Development, Global Strategic Accounts or Product/Brand Management) and Commercial (e.g., Project Management Office, Product Management, Global Franchise Marketing) to prepare you for a future career in Marketing, Commercial or Strategy in our Healthcare Biopharma Business. Your individual rotation plan will consist of three rotations, at least one will be with a global team and at least one at a local affiliate. Your first assignment will be at our home base in Rockland, MA; your second assignment will be international at one of our subsidiaries, and the third assignment will be back at the home base, in Rockland. These assignments spanning global and local affiliate will broaden your experience and deepen your perspective on the different function and business areas in our Healthcare Biopharma Business.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Master’s or PhD degree in natural science, business administration, or related fields
·  Outstanding academic performance

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  International experience preferred but not essential
·  Practical experience via internships within a commercial or marketing function or related fields in the healthcare industry preferred but not essential
·  Highly motivated and passionate for discovering solutions to challenging problems
·  Excellent organization skills including analytical thinking and ability to balance several on-going projects simultaneously
·  Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with working in an international and multi-cultural matrix organization
·  Fluent in English (German or other language skills a plus)
