What You Do

·  Execute on sales plans and specific sales activities within own territory/account.
·  Work under direction of Head of Sales to grow assigned account.
·  Maintain and grow the assigned accounts through calling customers, leveraging on digital tools like Redox, SFDC, Linkedin sales navigator.
·  Expand business by identifying new customers and reviving dormant accounts.
·  Work closely with colleagues from other business departments to meet customer requirement.
·  Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
·  Timely response to all customer needs in requests, quotes.
·  Promote ecommerce platform to customer.
·  SFDC adoption to manage lead, opportunity & forecast

 

Who You Are

·  PhD/Master/Bachelor in life sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or another related field)
·  1 year of demonstrated selling experience or experience in remote selling is a plus
·  1 year proven experience using various sales tools and technology, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office software, Sales Force or other CRM, Eloqua or marketing software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other social platforms
·  Possess critical thinking and data-driven decision making skills.
·  Detail oriented with excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Demonstrated experience in meeting/exceeding sales targets preferably with business-to-business sales experience
·  Demonstrated experience in preparing and implementing tactical business plans at territory level and account level.
·  Demonstrated experience in engaging new or cold account through digital tools not limited to traditional communication mode (phone, video call or email)
·  Relevant business acumen to the Life Science market and market business trends
·  Digitally savvy and social
·  Competencies in selling skills including digital sales, relationship building, call planning, territory development, follow-up and/or closing skills.
·  Sound judgment and problem-solving competency in handling distribution, product issues, sales issues and customer issues.
·  Strong & demonstrated presentation skills
·  Strong time management skills
·  Conscientious, driven, curious, creative goal oriented and action-oriented team player
