Your Role:
As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will drive our Account Based Marketing Strategy and Programs.
Be a member of our supportive and highly motivated Demand Generation Team, take over responsibility do drive Account Based Marketing with our Marketing and Sales Stakeholders, to develop high potential business opportunities.
With your knowledge and expertise in fields of Digital Marketing and ABM you will work closely with the team of Channel Managers, heading towards an omnichannel experience across our entire customer journey.
In this global role, reporting to the Head of Demand Activation within the Demand Center in Process Solutions Business Area, you will drive our digital commercial relationship to key accounts based on intent and psychographic data within the tool. With those Customers at the center of everything you do, you will drive data driven decisions, by asking the right questions and work on strategies and programs to drive short- and long-term Sales Cycles.
You are responsible for:
· Build up Account Based Marketing Programs with your Stakeholders by leading them through tool integration, account list selection and cross functional definition by understanding their business and sharing your expertise
· Connecting your role to our digital Media Channels, drive ABM Campaigns on data-concepts with content marketing expertise
· Work closely with Demandbase Account Management and Customer Care by managing programs and campaigns and be an accelerator between them and business teams.
· Shape Role of and Process for ABM Programs and Campaigns within the Demand Activation Multichannel Concepts.
This role plays an important part in our center of excellence with strong cross functional stakeholders and collaboration in a highly matrixed organization of Scientists, Marketing & Communication and Commercial professional to support our customer’s needs.
This position is flexible on location and could be based anywhere in the US, Darmstadt, Germany or Molsheim, France
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
· BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
· 3+ years experience in awareness building and lead generation in a digital marketing role including proven experience in Account Based Marketing by setting up programs and driving campaigns
· 2+ years experience Customer or Stakeholder facing role with conceptual and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong understanding and expertise with digital /IT tools including but not limited to DemandBase (or similar ABM platform) and Google Analytics/Data Studio.
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Possess an outstanding “can do” and “hands on” attitude
· Confident independent and proactive decision maker within own field of expertise, capable of interacting, influencing and establishing strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholder managers / directors
· Outstanding analytical and conceptional skills
· Ability to work under pressure and manage various tasks simultaneously
· Ability to be extremely responsive to internal and external customer needs
· Willingness and ability to perform global travel on a limited basis
· Previous work experience within a multi-national, multi-cultural environment a plus
· Understanding of the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical Business Environment a plus.
