Your role : Create long-term partnerships at a local account level to demonstrate the value of our products and achieve local sales goals, through remote selling activities. The inside sales Account Manager will perform among others the following activities:

Perform proactive outbound telephone calls. Identify and develop new sales opportunities, and drive commercial actions aiming to convert them to sales. Promote and introduce to customers the portfolio, in cooperation with the field sales specialists when necessary and leveraging Field Marketing input. Report activities in the relevant CRM (SFDC), and manage and update the records.  Collaborate strongly with other team members of the area,  field marketing, field sales specialists and customer excellence teams to ensure the best service to customers.

 

Who you are:

 

·  University scientific background is necessary to quickly acquire good knowledge of our products and applications.
·  Highly motivated by a sales, customer and results-focused role.  Strong time management and self-organisation skills
·  Fluent communication (verbal/written) in English & Dutch
·  Applicant needs to have EU citizenship / “Verblijfsvergunning’’ (=residents permit) or a valid student visa
·  An available minimum period of 6 months (start date flexible)
