Your Role
You will have the opportunity to work for a very important project that will allow you to put your technical skills into action. As WMS Expert, you will provide excellent innovative systems to support our Logistics operations. Your Responsibilities
- Configure our WMS (Blue Yonder) to comply with business requirements of new customers
- Implement Change Requests on WMS related to Logistics Operations
- Gather functional requirements from external and internal customers
- Document the implemented/configured processes and change log tracking of all the changes
- Integrate with customer ERP Systems, preferable SAP
- Train key-users
- Manage system support to ensure the seamless adoption of WMS
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree preferably in a related field
- Experience with configuration of Warehouse Management System, preferably Blue Yonder (ex-JDA).
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and/or MOCA.
- Native Italian, Fluent English (B2+)
