Warehouse Team Lead

Your Role

You will report to a Manager and have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. This is a startup operation and requires a lot of flexibility. Initially, your schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and will later transition to 4:00 am - 2:30 pm once the site becomes fully operational. The hourly pay rate is $21.80 with weekly pay.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments
• Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with associates and drivers to ensure that all product is properly counted
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion

Your Skills And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a warehousing environment and at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and math skills
