Job description

The Warehouse Operations Manager leads the Client Managers to achieve the expected performance in term of profitability, productivity and quality, within the respect of the legal and internal rules.

Your Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager leads the Client Managers to achieve the expected performance in term of profitability, productivity and quality, within the respect of the legal and internal rules. Supports Site Manager in terms of operations control on the site.

Your Responsibilities

·  Defines and executes training plans for the Client Managers, Shift Leaders and Administrative Employees
·  Leads employee periodical assessment
·  Supports budget preparation and establishment of operational performance objectives
·  Provides operational targets for Client Managers
·  Performs analysis and assessment of targets, warehouse processes and resource planning with Client Managers
·  Controls and improves costs, validates invoices
·  Acts as technical support for the commercial offers for the potential Business Developments
·  Communicates with existing clients

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
·  Min. 3 years of experience as Operations Manager for an international company
·  Management of a department incl. P&L
·  Management of warehouse operations
·  General understanding of WMS
·  Business development experience
·  Good understanding of MS Office
·  Very good command of English and Polish languages
·  Valid driving license cat. B
·  Readiness to travel
·  Strong leadership and analytical  skills
·  Customer oriented attitude
·  Team-player mindset
