Your Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Project Logistics Engineering you will develop, maintain, and implement technical standards for Kuehne+Nagel in an effort to mitigate risk exposure and improve operational excellence. You will increase the win ratio of project bids by developing technical sound solutions, mitigate risk during operations, and elevate the existing Kuehne+Nagel technical and operational standard globally.Your Responsibilities
- You will elaborate cargo securing calculations
- Draft stowage plans
- Design lifting plans
- Provision of installation drawings and other CAD based drawings (2 and 3D)
- You will execute bedding calculations
- You will issue and verification of Method Statements
- Conduct route, site surveys, and feasibility studies
- Equipment selection based on vendor drawings or site conditions
- You will provide supervision of operations and pre-shipment inspection
- Development of journey management plans
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical field
- 2+ years' experience in Project Management
- 2+ years' international experience
- 2+ year's experience in Marine Logistics
