Your Role
Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided. Your Responsibilities
- You will be supporting stabilization of the E-invoicing Tradeshift project
- You will be training and also supporting our colleagues in DE country
- You are the link between technical colleagues, Tradeshift, suppliers and KN DE country
- You will monitor and handle errors to ensure smooth transmission of electronic documents through Tradeshift
- Handling documents in our KN system (indexing, booking if and when necessary)
- Checking the quality of electronic invoices that arrive in our KN system
- Daily conversations with suppliers
Your Skills and Experiences
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Fluent in German
- Good understanding of functions in Excel
- Attention to details
- Interest in digitalization and Finance IT
