Job description

As part of Shared Service Center you will be support of Corporate Tender Overland team. You will do analysis of tender documents and shipment data.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Administrative support of corporate tender overland team
·  Analysis of tender documents and shipment data
·  Enhancement of tender template documents
·  Configuration & Modelling of SCS (Software for Planning Integrated Supply Chains and Logistics)
·  Use of mathematic methods to support routing rules and analysis (with support of Power BI and Tableau)
·  Adjustment and extension of tender control tables
·  Error handling (test and possibly correction of data model)
·  Perform multilateral oral and written communication in the international business environment

Your skills and experience

·  Formal education in Traffic Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related field
·  Excellent knowledge in MS Windows and MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (preferable VBA knowledge)
·  Knowledge of programming or scripting language (such as Python)
·  Basic experience in handling relational databases
·  Advanced English skills and very good communicational skills
·  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
