Your Role
You will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable recruitment strategies and building the employer brand internally and externally.Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement sustainable recruitment strategies for support and management roles
- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z (attract, recruit, hire)
- Lead the team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to build job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Ensure that all job requirements are approved prior to sourcing
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Actively maintain and improve knowledge of the market (trends, industry standards, workforce data, resume databases, professional networks) and conduct competitor and market research
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated and continuously work on improving employee onboarding experience
- Analyse the current environment and define a new EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and build the employer brand internally and externally.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to deal with various projects at a time, problem-solving skills
