Job description

The Stock Admin Clerk will provide robust assurance to the business of all the integrity of all Financial Stock Control related operational processes across NDC chambers. They will report to the Stock Manager, cooperating with warehouse Goods In, Stock department and Systems departments.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

·  File, maintain and archive all supplier documentation and adhere to Waitrose delivery standards

·  Provide daily written and verbal feedback to various departments on stock issues

·  Handling direct management and customer enquiries measured by direct feedback

·  Stock records maintenance on the WMS/Red Prairie – Identify root cause of any documentation problems, ensuring accurate notation is made

·  Investigate and resolve Waitrose supplier stock discrepancies – reportable to management and customer

·  Report any system abnormalities promptly and in accordance with operational procedures

·  All results and accountabilities are measured using KPI’s, employee 1-2-1 monthly meetings with management

Your skills and experience

·  Proven Math & English GCSE level or equivalent

·  Previous customer service experience, team work experience

·  Effective communication and organisational skills, flexible approach to work, commitment to developing yourself

·  Strong customer focus

·  PC skills (to include Microsoft Word and Excel)

·  Ability to work within team, use own initiative, performance under pressure

·  Attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to change and learn new skills and techniques
