Support regional and national Sales Systems and Processes Managers as well as Sales Managers by: • Data maintenance • Scheduling standard Business Object reports • Data analysis • Arranging necessary system access • TroubleshootingYour Responsibilities
Onboarding / Deactivation Process• Standard CoreLOG & CoreLOG Mobile Activation / Deactivation Process
• Standard SPMS Report Scheduling in BO depending on the roles – eg. Sales Rep Report, Country Dashboards
• Standard CoreLOG Dashboards Sharing
Accounts
• CIP Linking
• Accounts Reassignment
• First level Linkage Support
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
• Preloading Standard Data
• Processing Payouts
• Consolidation of Payouts
Sales Process Engagement
• Appointment Governance
• Pipeline Governance
Miscellaneous
• Reporting Scheduling for out of scope BO Reports
• Target Setting
• FTE and Cost Control
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree related to logistics is required
- Experience in Sales is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Preferably with experience with Microsoft Dynamics + SAP Business Objects
- Ability to work in a structured and organized manner
- With good communication skills
