We are looking for an onsite Senior Human Resources Generalist with advanced interpersonal and communication skills to be an integral part of site HR functions such as team building, payroll, investigations, data analytics, compliance, and special projects. Your Role
You will understand and drive business goals, interpret ambiguous situations by applying company policy, consider the legal impact on decisions, and minimize the potential negative financial risk. We’ll count on your years of experience to help ensure a productive and conflict-free workplace, enhance job satisfaction, maintain HR compliance, and keep employee retention rates high.Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees and resolve issues with HR-related topics
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Gather data to determine and analyze HR metrics
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process and conduct employee orientation
- Help organize training and development initiatives
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits
- Support, create, and facilitate employee engagement and team-building programs
- Responsible for payroll
- Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations
- Maintain local personnel files in electronic and paper form
- Provide effective employee relation counseling on company policies and procedures
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of progressive experience in HR
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft; UltiPro, Kronos)
- Advanced knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, Compensation and Benefits, FMLA, FLSA, Labor Relations, an health and safety
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
