Your Role

Leading through positive change while supporting the implementation and improvements outlined through the Regional Systems and Process team’s excellence program.

Your Responsibilities

·  Leading through positive change while supporting the implementation and improvements outlined through the Regional Systems and Process team’s excellence program.
·  Building, developing, and empowering the teams, providing a balance of direction and autonomy ensuring clear responsibilities and levels of accountability for all staff.
·  Sponsoring and championing Quality, Lean Six Sigma, and Continuous Learning.
·  Manage and enhance operations to meet the Service Level Agreements by the optimal usage of tools and applications provided by the Regional Systems and Process team.
·  Support new Seafreight systems implementations and trainings according to the inputs by Regional Systems and Process.
·  Manage teams that support and maintain all Sea Freight applications (SeaLOG, CIEL, ESP. KN OPS, GTN) as per corporate and regional guidelines.
·  Ensure operations adhere to the service level agreements and performance metrics.
·  Implementing, maintaining and improving the Seafreight systems and processes outsourced to the Cebu SSC.
·  Cooperate with Corporate or Regional teams for the applications development such as gathering requirements, software solution design, testing and supporting.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering course
·  Knowledgeable in IT coding
·  At least 2-5 years project management experience
·  Good communication, influencing and motivation skills
·  Knowing and mastering transport operational systems, data analysis and reporting
·  Strong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solving
