Work location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.

Job description

To assist Europe export team in managing the documentation & invoicing
To Issue documentation to suppliers

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Issue draft BAL BL to shippers & Submit SI to Carrier.
·  Check Carrier's BL and do e-file Carrier's BL.
·  Submit AMS/ACI/AFR/ CCAM/Mexican AMS if required.
·  Confirm Sailing. Printed original BAL BL/ SWB.
·  Update vessel schedule in system when receiving delay/early ETD.
·  Issue invoice.
·  Accrual costs in system.
·  Do e-file for special document ( if required) , like Packing list , INV, CO, …
·  Solve arising issue relating to documentation's task.
·  Update and follow customer's SI & SOP strictly.

Your skills and experience

·  Possess Bachelor degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
·  Basic knowledge about import / export process
·  Good knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
·  Good at customer service skills
·  Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
