Your Role
Enable the Sea Logistics Managers to steer the department with report and enable transactional pricing by consolidating all transaction data from different sources. Support daily SSC operations with reports with purpose to improve quality/productivity. Report regularly on Data quality and performance to enable analysis and to support improvements. Design Reporting / Automation support to improve quality/productivity.Your Responsibilities
- Create and maintain BO reports on daily and monthly basis
- Report Analysis together with the Sea Logistics Managers and Sea Logistics Process and Systems Manager
- Create new reports according to business needs
- Coordinate and Update, via regular meetings with Team Leaders, visibility on Activity (performance and Productivity)
- Maintain and Update Dashboard and Balance Score Cards
Your Skills and Experiences
- Communication, influencing and motivation skills
- Knowing and mastering transport operational systems, data analysis and reporting
- Strong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solving
- Excel expertise skills with Macro knowledge
