Your Role
Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center. You will be part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL’s – Customer Care Locations, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service colleagues.Your Responsibilities
- You will keep files related to all sea import and export shipments you are responsible for.
- You will collaborate with Kuehne+Nagel employees in our more than 1,300 offices globally.
- You will always challenge status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.
- You will process all files within given Service level agreements while following all Kuehne+Nagel policy and procedures.
- You will oversee Kuehne+Nagel's latest technology for Sea Logistics operations.
- You will be responsible for oversee communications platforms for Sea Logistics operations.
- You will ensure that all files are processed within Kuehne+Nagel's set standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You will have experience using email, chat, internet, and Microsoft Office Suites.
- You will have the ability to work in the office Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
- A desire to work in a modern, collaborative environment where teamwork is important to your everyday success.
- 10% domestic travel
