Your Role

You will be joining one of our Operational Care Centres, where you will be responsible for making sure every shipment is executed against instruction in a compliant manner and with up to date information at all times. This will include booking shipments; tracking the arrival, clearances and deliveries of goods; liaising with suppliers and shipping lines and problem solving. It’s a fast paced role and your training will equip you to proactively deal with service issues, actively plan your activities and review rates to maximise profits. This is a 2 year apprenticeship programme, during which you will earn as you learn, combining practical on-the-job training with study towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. Our programmes are challenging but rewarding and you’ll be supported every step of the way to make sure you’re successful.

·  Working hand-in-hand with our Customer Care team

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Able to work at a fast pace, with efficiency and accuracy
·  A willingness to learn, a positive attitude and drive to succeed
·  Strong organisational skills and IT skills
·  Self-disciplined, proactive and motivated
·  Right to work in the UK
·  Five GCSEs at grades 3–9 / A*-D (including Maths & English)
