Your Role
You will represent Kuehne+Nagel in the local community that embraces both internal & external Sea Logistics Customer’s. You will have responsibility for managing the Customer Care strategy on a local level as well as implement improvements of customer service to ensure continuous customer excellence. In addition, the Individual will be responsible for managing the Customer Care Location Team in developing customer relationships, on-boarding of new Customers and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner. The overall goal is Customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.Your Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction and monitor the Performance of the local Customer Care team.
- You will be responsible for high level monitoring of Sea Logistics Operational Care Center Team
- Oversee staffing and selection decisions, allocate resources and manages project assignments, as necessary.
- You will collaborate with the Customer Care Location Manager as well as Sea Logistics Operational Care Center (OCC) for an enhanced customer experience
- Continuous improvement of processes and controls aiming for consistent customer satisfaction and enhance customer satisfaction through the highest level of service quality achievable.
- You will stay up to date with Market Knowledge & provide continuous updates to the Team.
- Pro-actively participate in customer visits / meetings as needed and in conjunction with local/Area sales personnel.
- Manage Customer retention & seek for organic growth opportunities & new Business opportunities.
Your Skills and Experiences
- You will have a High School Diploma
- 1+ years’ experience in Sea Logistics.
- 1+ years’ experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports.
- 1+ years’ industry experience.
- You will have the ability to work from the office 5 days per week.
