Job description

We are looking for a person who keeps customers at the heart of everything they do, for our Customer Care Expert role in Bahrain.

Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing front line support for customersm making sure that they are satisfied with Kuehne+Nagel's products, services and features.

Your Responsibilities

·  Proactively advise and consult customers to ensure customer satisfaction
·  Engage in pricing and provide regular quotation updates to the customer
·  Act as an interface between the customer and Kuehne+Nagel's Operational Care team
·  Handle customer requests and complains 

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain or a similar discipline
·  Proven track record of experience in customer service or sales
·  Freight forwarding industry background with a focus on sea logistics business
·  Excellent command in English language
·  Arabic language would be an added value
