In this role, you will drive the business development objectives of Shenzhen area, in relation to sales, revenue and growth targets. You will set the direction of the sales and revenue strategies, and ensure that they are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Expand the scope of sales activities within the branch in conjunction with the business fields in order to meet annual sales targets.
·  Increase revenue through the retention and proactive acquisition of customers.
·  Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
·  Provide management with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market activities.
·  Develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop the overall performance of
sales teams including active sales coaching and joint sales calls.
·  Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries and issues.
·  Establish and maintain long term sustainable partnerships by communicating customer feedback to affected business units.

Your skills and experience

To be successful, you should have at least 2 years of sales experience, with preference for candidates from logistics or freight forwarding background. You possess a solid track record in achieving sales targets and are able to interpret financial data with meaningful commercial insight. As an excellent negotiator, you will also strive to achieve the best for our customers by driving performance and customer excellence.
