Your Role
Kuehne+Nagel is currently recruiting a Road Logistics Full & Part Loads Dispatcher for its offices located in Malmö. You will manage the flow of goods by road and maintain a good dialogue with suppliers, customers and colleagues.Your Responsibilities
- Creation and recording of transport orders in the FTL / LTL area
- Scheduling and monitoring of part and full loads
- Supplier management - managing carriers and maintaining contact with external forwarders and other suppliers
- Collaboration with Sales for the development of this business
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and complaints
- Various administrative activities
Your Skills and Experiences
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
- Min 2-5 years of experience in scheduling and order processing of road freight
- Educational background within Logistics (TYA or alike)
- Good PC user skills, especially in dealing with MS Office 365 and TMS
- Confident communication skills in Swedish and English both oral and in writing
- You are well organized, quality-, cost- and result-conscious and have a healthy self-confidence and assertiveness
- High level of teamwork and commitment
