Your Role
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Malmö team as a Customer Care & Admin/Controller Specialist. This role demands a versatile candidate who can seamlessly balance customer-facing responsibilities with meticulous financial and operational oversight from a GP point of view . As the front line representative of our organisation, you'll cultivate strong client relationships while also managing the financial intricacies and of daily operations, that underpin our success. Your ability to navigate between engaging client interactions and behind-the-scenes administrative tasks will be essential in ensuring our continued excellence in customer service and operational efficiency."Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and swiftly resolving issues.
- Manage administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor operational performance and meet financial metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and monitor shipments, guaranteeing prompt delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational gross profit and financial reports, identifying variances and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and execution of process improvements to streamline operations and bolster overall efficiency.
- Provide unwavering support to colleagues and foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Your Skills and Experiences
- You have 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on Road logistics.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in financial analysis, with the ability to interpret and analyse operational gross profit data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanour.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
