Your Role
Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm - This role is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day quality functions at Chapeltown and to provide a quality interface with all departments at the site and provide a link between Warehouse Operatives and Quality. To ensure that site training is fully up to date and training records are maintained and support Team Leaders with the Quality Management System (QMS). Also to deputize for the Quality Manager in their absence for operational quality responsibilities and expediate the release of products following requests direct from customers – for both inbound and returned stock. Drive resolution of non-compliances when such issues occur and provide a continual quality improvement programme across the site.Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all WI's in use on the site are current and controlled in the appropriate manner
- Be a point of contact for site deviations & CAPA’s (TIP user)
- Super user for the site temperature monitoring system
- Perform internal audits and provide reports as per agreed schedule
- Participate actively in cross functional meetings
- Investigate quality related non-conformance and provide full reports as and when required
- Validate “Market Released” products received from Customers by checking certificates of analysis and version codes against file samples and product databases prior to releasing in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Liaise with the Warehouse Operators / Team Leaders / Supervisors / Inventory Controllers and Customer Service Team to ensure delivery issues and transport issues / complaints are dealt with promptly.
- Responsible for the Quality oversight on the return process and to provide release or rejection of returned products.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Excellent knowledge of pharma & healthcare supply chain needs
- Experience in Contract Logistics
- Good knowledge of GDP
- Understanding of KN QSHE processes, requirements, and formats
- Good presentation skills – experience of speaking in front of an audience (predominantly internal)
- Training experience
- Awareness and enforcement of Data Integrity principles (ALCOA plus)
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision
- Flexible and able to work accurately under pressure in a very busy environment
