Job description
To monitor and assist with port operations, transport, and site delivery-related activities, coordination with subcontractors and customers (Envision Energy) for NEOM Green Hydrogen Wind farm project.
Your Role
To monitor and assist with vessel discharge, the control of the Intermediate port storage yard, cargo transport, and site delivery-related activities ( Permits, HSE, offloading, trailers traffic at site, ..etc.), through the coordination with subcontractors and customersYour Responsibilities
- Focal point for Envision Energy regarding Port related activities
- Coordination with subcontractors regarding transport and delivery activities
- Follow up on time sheets (Port operations, vessel discharge, unloading start/end per truck), subcontractor KPI monitoring
- Support port operations team during vessel discharging at Dubai port
- Transport monitoring and reporting of transport risks
- Following of Envision Energy's cargo handling and transport processes, and HSE standards
- Investigate and support problem-solving of delivery and customs related issues.
- Identify and address savings potential related to general transport activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Working knowledge of transport regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Solid understanding of international trade terminology
- Experience with wind farm cargo handling
- Self-driven and problem-solving capability
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
