Join us as a key player in a digitization initiative and take responsibility for the design, advancement and the strategic development of our e-collaboration solutions involving tools for seamless file sharing and co-editing, tasks management and communication.

Your Role

One of the core elements in the solutions portfolio of myKN – a social collaboration platform of Kuehne + Nagel – is an e-collaboration suite to co author and store files, share knowledge, discuss ideas and manage project tasks. As a Product Owner Collaboration Solutions you will advance the platform, introduce new related technologies and create a superb collaboration experience for Kuehne + Nagel employees and customers worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

·  Develop a strategy for future collaboration solutions to enable our people and customers new ways of working
·  Strive for a holistic product view and understanding of its business impact: identify challenges within the business and collect user feedback in order to shape innovative ideas that create business value
·  Implement solutions and new features through in-house development and partnerships
·  Proactive consulting towards our business and functional units to enable high utilization of the solution
·  Hands-on engagement in other myKN projects to drive a holistic approach for new ways of working
·  Monitor market requirements, competitor strategies and technology trends for developing, maintaining and articulating an overall product strategy

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Passion for technology trends, digitalization, collaboration and new ways of working
·  University degree in business management, IT or a related field is required or equivalent work experience
·  Experience in a related areas preferably as product owner or project manager
·  Experience in working within agile product development environments and change management in the context of digitalization/ IT projects
·  Drive to take leadership and ability to build strong collaborative relationships across multiple groups and levels
·  Good sales skills to promote solutions towards the business
·  Process oriented thinking and analytical capability combined with proactive hands-on mentality and high commitment
·  Motivation to work in an international environment where fluent business English is a prerequisite, other languages are a plus
