What we're looking for:

As part of our KNMG (KN Military and Government) contract we have an exciting opportunity to be part of something very special. Located at Donnington - Telford, the process engineer team is a proactive and forward thinking business support unit who provide vital and pivotal information.

The primary responsibility for the Process writer would be creation of Process definitions for the Transition project in KNMG and liaison with UAT and operational team to ensure full integration with JDA. The candidate is responsible for creating, editing, proof-reading and providing writing support on non-technical and/or technical documents or sections of documents and procedures. Duties may include ensuring documents meet specifications and adhering to standards for quality, format and style.

What you'll do:

Deliverables will be the creation, of the required process flows for the planned phased IT Integration as follows

· 
All Inbound, Outbound & Exceptions processes for warehouses once transitioned on to JDA (both RF and Non-RF functionality)

· 
Consideration of all contractual MI SOR's, ensuring all requirements are captured during the development of the future processes for all necessary reporting, to support compliance in line with contractual obligations and minimise financial risk associated with non-conformance

· 
All Inbound, Outbound and Exceptions processes for all specialist activities once transitioned on to JDA (both RF and Non-RF functionality) including: -

· 
Technical Services

· 
PEP's

· 
Loan Pool

· 
Pharma/Medical Products

· 
Crypto

· 
Hazardous

· 
The SOP/ WI Writer will be expected to create and write new processes, deliver any improvement opportunities identified during the process definition stage or across other BAU activities, and will work within the KNPS methodology to ensure the improvement opportunities are captured and delivered as a structured programme of work.

What you'll bring:

· 
Experience of Inventory/Warehouse Management systems

·  Has a proven track record in the successful process mapping across complex operations and multi-functional work streams
·  Experienced facilitator and measures success based on output
· 
Recognised Qualification( or experience) in Lean/Six Sigma Methodologies- desirable

·  Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Microsoft Project and Outlook)
·  Ability to work under pressure and to clearly defined deadlines
· 
Ability to ‘simplify the complex', identify and recommend opportunities that can benefit the customer and wider KNMG contractual partners

· 
Communication and influencing skills at all levels
