Job description
You will be responsible for overall HR matters with emphasis on talent acquisition and development, employer branding, recruitment and internal communication. You will also provide HR advice to Team Members and Team Leaders.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Leading HR processes, including HR planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management and employee relations; close cooperation with regional and global structures
· Planning and implementation of the learning and development strategy in line with the global company's strategy and business needs
· Leading, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating talent acquisition strategies ensuring alignment with business strategy
· Supporting business management in improving employees work relationships, engagement and performance
· Planning HR strategies and action plans for training and development
· Supporting leaders with the development of employee performance improvement plans, and career development plans
· Supports and champions company's recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness
· Responsible for coaching business leaders around talent acquisition hiring practices; ensure hiring managers are trained on interview skills and service level agreements commitments
Your skills and experience
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; additionally, degree in Psychology would be an asset
· Solid Human Resources experience in logistics or manufacturing industry
· Well versed with local HR practice, training, development, recruitment and related fields
· Implementation of international projects
· Demonstrated passion for business
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to understand and follow business requirements
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
