Your Role
The Organizational Development Specialist drives the strategic objectives of the Company by designing, influencing, coaching and facilitating personal development and talent initiatives to support the business through both growth and change. The areas of focus include performance and career management, individual, team and leadership development programs, talent programs and succession planning. As such, the jobholder must build strong relationships with senior leaders in the business and ensure that Company's talent management and learning and development solutions meet the strategic needs of business, integrated with the Global/Regional programs and processes.Your Responsibilities
Lead, implement and change Talent, Performance and Succession Management processesDevelop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and personal development
Create processes that enable the organization to identify, measure and invest in people potential
Measure quality and correct focus, according to organization and employee's needs, of all learning and development activities, including evaluation of service delivery by third party training vendors
Conduct training and coaching activities, deliver leadership programs
Drive CARE and Employee Engagement initiatives, alignment of country strategy within the site whilst achieving customer and operational excellence
Participate in ad-hoc projects (i.e. Smart Lean, Process Improvement Initiatives etc)
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any equivalentMust have 2 to 5 years of extensive HR experience or Learning and Development
Effective communication and correspondence
Strategic thinking, Project and Change Management, Problem analysis, Innovative
Independent, resourceful and with conflict management skills
Generalist knowledge in HR
Internet and MS Office savvy
