Your Role
Oversee and handle the payroll and final pay process. Responsible for the compliance to statutory and government requirements, reconciliation of the accounts and ensuring data accuracy. Ensure that the company’s accounting information and practices are accurately reflected.Your Responsibilities
Payroll:
- Processes payroll for the employees, including last pay, 13th month and annualization
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of the data and information in the payroll system.
- Record payroll entries and accruals in the accounting system.
- Review employee attendance and timekeeping.
- Address and resolve employee pay-related concerns raised via ticket and emails.
- Prepare government contributions and/or remittances.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Proficient in providing advice based on current knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to payroll.
- Update salary data in Myrewards
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for manpower related accounts
- BIR Form 2316 Preparation & Issuance
- Support internal and external audit activities
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- With strong accounting background in Accounting and Payroll Processing
- With high level of integrity and confidentiality
