Job description
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll through ADP Enterprise. The position will be the primary contact for certain payroll transactions and will also be the primary back-up for the other payroll department employees.

Your tasks and responsibilities

•Review, enter and respond to all wage garnishment, child support orders and tax levies for the company's employees.
•Process all changes to direct deposit transactions entered by employees through ADP self-service portal.
•Cut manual payroll checks for employees as needed.
•Manage direct deposit and pay card account setup and deletion for all new hires and terminated employees.
•Monitor and ensure timely payment of certain local taxes not managed by tax management service.
•Manage certain year end processes including car allowance reporting, taxable relocation benefits etc.
•Process all changes and transmit payroll for weekly and semi-monthly payrolls in primary employees' absence.
•Manage ad-hoc payroll projects in conjunction with Payroll Manager.
•Maintain, organize and scan payroll related documents on company shared drive.

Your skills and experience

•Knowledge of principals and procedures related to U.S Payroll.
•Previous experience with ADP Enterprise Payroll/HRIS or similar system is ideal.
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Previous Payroll or Human Resources experience is a plus.
•Fundamentals of Payroll certification is a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
