Job description
Due to the successful implementation of a large scale corporate account, Kuehne and Nagel is now looking for a dedicated position to assist in operationally managing the client. This newly created opportunity will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the account, including operational management, sales and financial performance. You will maintain relationships with the allocated corporate customer and work with internal members to ensure budgeted revenue is maintained as a minimum, while focusing on increasing gross profit to agreed annual targets.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with all key contacts within the account
·  Day to day operational management of the allocated account
·  Provide an exceptional customer experience in order to retain and grow revenues within the customer portfolio
·  Ensure accuracy of COP/SOP
·  To design, analyse and present up to date reporting and industry trends to the allocated account
·  To train and present to the allocated account any systems or products of KN
·  To be the go-between for internal parties, ensuring the account is serviced cohesively and customer expectations are satisfied with limited touch points within the business
·  Any other tasks as instructed by your manager

Your skills and experience

·  A minimum of 3 years' experience in freight and/or domestic operations
·  Proven track record in a client facing / client centric role
·  Strong team player and self-motivated
·  Confident and comfortable dealing with people at all levels
