Are you a team player and strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing processes and managing systems efficiently? We're looking for a National Sea Logistics Process + Systems Manager to join our dynamic and successful team!
Your Role
Managing the System + Process function + where relevant, the team supporting this including all the related activities of process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support + maintenance of all processes + related applications. Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams through enhancing operational capability + delivery of systems data quality, implementing new systems, testing + training. You will also be involved in the execution of business strategy via process improvement initiatives + management of KPIs.Your Responsibilities
- To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + audits.
- To support the Customer Care locations (CCL), Sales as well as Operational Care locations (OCC) through quality training, day to day support systems + processes.
- To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information + knowledge across the organization.
- To drive initiatives for the continuous improvements of processes + controls for lean processes focusing on cost effectiveness + productivity.
- To ensure the testing + implementation of new systems + processes.
- To monitor KPIs + drive high data quality, review + action planning together with the stakeholders.
- To manage projects + ensure consistent progress of activities + provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- To act as the interface between IT + the business by defining + communicating system requirements in cooperation with the Regional team.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field
- Ability to converse in English in both written and verbal
- Top notch presentation skill: building and delivering
- Min 2 years experience in related field
- Posses basic seafreight knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to utilize data analytics to measure the success of process + system strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office
- Technology savvy
