You will be joining our Business Development Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Growth, Customer + Product Excellence.
Your Role
You will focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality + close collaboration with our Customer Care Locations (CCL). You will steer + leverage the capabilities of your direct team, sales channels + our network. Primarily this role is tasked with developing + diversifying business so that income increases, guaranteeing the future growth of the organization for specific products (LCL, Reefer, ISC, Commodities, etc.) focusing on the following core tasks. To develop growth strategies + plans for your product; ultimately increasing your client base. To research business opportunities from various channels + viable income streams, writing business proposals + ensuring that the correct pricing + solutions are available to profitably grow the business in collaboration with our pricing team. To support during sales calls + creating customer specific value propositions. To provide up to date market + pricing information to stakeholders, setting pricing bands in line with local conditions + yield targets. To report on successes + areas needing improvement, especially for customer retention. To continuously + jointly review our business partner programs together with the Operational Care Center (OCC) to ensure our competitive advantage.Your Responsibilities
