Your Role

Your Responsibilities

• Providing support to the QSHE manager in ensuring the implementation and application of quality requirements (corporate documents, ISO 9001 and legal requirements)
• Participation in the implementation and application of the quality objectives and program
• Providing support in the implementation and application of ISO 9001 requirements, procedures, guidelines and working instructions,
• Participation in the preparation of training materials
• Providing support in process improvement, where nonconformities, corrective or preventive measures are identified
• Collection of information on the effectiveness of the quality system, as well as collection of information on the possibilities of improving the system
• Participation in internal and external audits of the QSHE System, related to the ISO 9001 requirements, by providing support in organizing and conducting internal audits acting on the findings of the audits, and support in preparing for external audits
• Providing support in maintaining the certification of the Pharma team

Your Skills and Experiences

• Organized individual comfortable in a high-paced environment, handling highly confidential information.
• Experience with quality management systems or familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate quality-related information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bonus: Completion of ISO 9001 requirements training.
