Your Role
Provides support in ensuring that all business processes are conducted in accordance with KN GS systems/guidelines and work instructions. Strictly adheres to all QSHE directives (including Business Code of Conduct, Ethical Conduct, FCPA, etc.Your Responsibilities
- Providing support to the QSHE manager in ensuring the implementation and application of occupational health and safety requirements (corporate documents, ISO 45001 and legal requirements)
- Participation in the implementation and application of the occupational health and safety objectives and program
- Providing support in the implementation and application of the legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety, ISO 45001 requirements, procedures, guidelines and working instructions,
- Participation in the preparation of training materials
- Providing support in process improvement, where nonconformities, corrective or preventive measures are identified.
- Collecting information on the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety system, as well as collecting information on the possibilities of improving the system.
- Determining and dealing with risks regarding the safety and health at work.
- Monitoring compliance with legal requirements in the field of safety and health at work, incident investigation, injury management
- Carrying out regular checks to determine level of compliance with policies and procedures, as well as organizing and monitoring additional checks in accordance with the legal requirements of occupational health and safety,
- Providing support to the QSHE manager regarding the handling of the findings of the audits in the field of occupational health and safety.
- Participating in internal and external audits of the QSHE System, in relation to the legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety, and ISO 45001 requirements, through providing support in organizing and conducting internal audits, acting on the findings of the audits, and providing support in preparations for external audits.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Seeking a highly organized individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced English language skills with effective communication capabilities are required.
- Knowledgeable in management systems or occupational health, and safety, and familiar with ISO 45001 requirements.
- Desirable: Previous experience in applying occupational health and safety requirements within organizations.
- Bonus: Completion of ISO 45001 requirements training.
