Your Role
Various task related to the support for myRewards application, maintaining grids and administrative setup of the app, testing and implementing new releases, preparing system requirements as well as monitoring and securing optimal utilization of myRewards to achieve excellent quality and efficiencyYour Responsibilities
• 1st and 2nd level systems support (myRewards).
• Preparing system requirements, organization, process and implementation.
• Communication with corporate support & development, regions and countries.
• Creation, development and communication of SOPs and working procedures.
• Administrative set up and testing of releases.
• Monitor and secure optimal utilization of myRewards to achieve excellent quality and efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum high school diploma
- Highly organized individual who is excited to work in a high paced environment and can deal with highly confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills
- IT/System oriented
- Strong analytical skills and desire for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Excel & Excel Mackro
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
