Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Oversee the operational management of Kuehne Nagel's ISC (International Supply Chain) customer.
·  Provide leadership and insight during implementations and new account onboarding.
·  Ensure regional control tower provides relevant support to achieve the highest service quality
·  Conduct regular reviews on SOP (standard operating procedure) and SLA (Service Level Agreement)and reinforce compliance standards
·  Document the KPI processes for ISC to capture performance data and enhance service quality
·  Liase with operation departments to deliver solutions to meet the customers satisfaction.
·  Lead the team in problem solving and KPI management
·  Review and support with the ISC teams globally to improve the operations flow continuously

Your skills and experience

·  To lead this team effectively, you are expected to have at least 5 years experience of working with large retail/global accounts,and with minimum 2 years in management or supervisory role. Hands on experience in purchase order management is highly advantageous, especially in FMCG or Retail. You are an effective communicator in English and Mandarin, and willing to travel when required
