Your tasks and responsibilities
This is a 2-year structured, rotational, career development program that provides opportunities to work and cross train in various departments within the logistics business. Maximum of four (4) departments with half year rotation but
not more than one (1) year in each business unit.
Your tasks and responsibilities
The 2-year program is specially designed for all recent university graduates. Suitable candidates will be offered a structured career development program covering:
1-month Induction & training
This is to help trainees understand the background of the Company and become familiar with different department operations.
Departmental postings & work assignments
Trainees will be rotated through 3 different departments in order to learn about the department operations and broaden understanding of our business. Depending on the company's requirements and trainees‘ work performance, such postings may have a minimum of two (2) years within the area of work assignment.
Your skills and experience
· 20 to 22 years of age
· Recent university graduate from any reputable school or with 1 to 2 years working experience
· Keen interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain Management.
· Diligent and willing to work during irregular hours (including holiday shifts).
· Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English (written or verbal)
· Self-motivated and open-minded.
· 1 Full-Time position available.
