Your Role
Provide strategic leadership to establish governance principles and frameworks enduringly and identify & and drive improvement initiatives to increase people and organizational capabilities across the IT function. Support strategic IT initiatives by applying structured project and product methodologies to existing processes on the IT and BU side, thereby increasing consistency and successful project and product implementation across the organization.Your Responsibilities
- Support the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards, and guidelines using best practice frameworks, whilst reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements
- Develop and enhance an IT governance model and processes to achieve a flexible, efficient approach for continuously improving processes and maximizing effectiveness.
- Serve as the governance authority, in collaboration with respective internal subject matter experts, and enforce relevant technology, compliance, quality, privacy, and security standards and policies for all products within the enterprise.
- Proactively identify the resources, and structural and cultural changes necessary to ensure that the KN Product Organization is agile and adaptable to execute business strategy.
- Develop and implement recommendations to solve complex Business Unit or process-specific ambiguous problems.
- Ensure specific metrics and measures are incorporated into solutions enabling continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT & BU Leaders as well as the Finance function to support the preparation, management, and optimization of the annual IT budget.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, advocacy, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate concepts and reports to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in application development and lifecycle, with familiarity in diverse IT On-prem and IT Cloud infrastructure topics and technologies, including APIs.
- Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
