Job description

• Suivre les politiques, procédures et normes d'exploitation et assurer la conformité à la réglementation de l'ATIC et de l'ASFC.
• Réagir de manière proactive aux questions de service.
• Résoudre les problèmes et dispenser un soutien continu.
• Assurer des communications quotidiennes avec les bureaux de l'étranger, Fret maritime / Douanes.
• Rassembler documents et faits pour le traitement des dédouanements.
• Aider à établir le bureau d'administration douanière.

• Follow operations policies, procedures and standards, and ensure compliance with CIFF A I CBSA regulations.
• Proactive response to service issues
• Resolve problems and provide ongoing support
• Daily communication with overseas offices, Seafreight/ Customs
• Gathering of documents and facts for processing of customs clearances
• Help to set up customs admin desk
