International Freight Forwarder (FTL/LTL)

Job description

Join our motivated and dynamic FTL/LTL International Freight Forwarding team and help us scale-up our fleet across Europe.

Your Role

In this position, you will directly report to FTL/LTL International Fleet Manager and you will be in charge of handling and coordinating the end-to-end road transport process. This includes preparation of required documentation, providing excellent customer service towards clients and close monitoring of internal IT systems.

Your Responsibilities

·  Development of the base of customers and managing existing portfolio of clients;
·  Support business development process: tender, analysis, solution design, cost, pricing and service offering;
·  Monitor market trends and competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities;
·  Ensure efficient operations through implementation of standard processes and continuous optimization;
·  Monitor annual budget, initiates corrective actions in case of deviations.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Minimum 1 year of working experience in international road transport. Experience in FTL/LTL will be advantage;
·  Excellent organization skills paired with proven ability to drive sales and business;
·  Excellent negotiation skills accompanied by ability to build long lasting relationships with clients;
·  General knowledge of European overland transport trends and developments;
·  Great understanding of the expediting process activity;
·  Result orientation along with ability to work in teams;
