Implementation Project Manager (m/f)

Your tasks and responsibilities
Project Management
· Manage projects including planning, budgeting and reporting
· Resource planning and allocation
· Drive escalations processes and risk management
· Preparation of steering meetings
Business Solution Definition
· Specification of business requirements
· Define KPI's and respective measurement methods as well as operational/financial processes
Business Management Support
· Business Management backup during implementation
· Support Transport Planning and Customer Service business rules
· Coordination of activities related to Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management
Business Implementation
· Lead the operational processes
· Manage customer relationship on implementation level
· Develop implementation strategies
· Drive change management on customer side
· Coordinate and/or perform training for all related stakeholders
· Coordinate testing of all related functionalities
· Manage go-live preparation and post-implementation phase
Your skills and experience
· At least 3 years of experience in logistics projects
· Proven experience in applied project management methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, PMI)
· Proven experience in Business Process Engineering (defining business processes based on customer's requirements and translating these into IT solutions)
· University degree or similar level of education in transport business
· Demonstrated analytical, numeric and analysis skills & awareness
· High degree of organizational and communication skills
· Willingness to travel (appr. 30 - 50 % of working time)
· Structured process documentation skills
· Strong affinity with required customer quality standards
