A unique opportunity to lead the Customs Migrations team in CEBU has now become available. This is a critical position to support the Europe team's operational responsibility for the day to day running of Customs operation.
Your Role
Join the Global Services Center in CEBU where you will be accountable for producing a range of responsibilities ensuring optimal utilization of customs teams across EUR countries. You will provide leadership + direction focusing on productivity of teams and ensuring continuous improvement our the Customs team supporting the EUR countries.Your Responsibilities
Your team is responsible operationally performing inside of agreed service KPI levels and you play a key role in making day to day decisions for smooth operational running the team supporting the EUR counties.
- Manage Productivity of teams and ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure optimal utilization of customs teams across EUR countries
- Manage and lead implementation of new countries, lanes and onboarding strategic customers
- Introduce unified reporting and KPIs structure to measure and monitor performance of teams
- Talent identification and development for key roles according to designated org structure
- Regular attrition analysis and relevant mitigation measures
- Regular quality analysis and customer feedback analysis
- Represent Customs Cebu to regional management (report on activities of the GS)
- Financial cost management
- Ensure customs compliance
- Build the culture & team. establish KN Customs teams according to guidelines EUR
