Your Role
Your main activities revolve around reefer carrier management and procurement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.Your Responsibilities
- Support Trade Manager in daily activities
- Support and manage daily reefer procurement and pricing
- Maintain rate updates and track reefer rate trends
- Reefer tender management support, preparation and analysis, plus taking the pricing lead on strategic opportunities
- Strategic carrier management through booking and allocation and steering
- Carrier and customer reefer performance review vs targets
- Sourcing of market intel and key trade information
- To act as entry point to support our branches on exceptional reefer operational issues along with carrier space escalations
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong commercial skills + knowledge of pricing, procurement + trade together with your experience in liaising directly with carriers will be the key to your success.
