Global Pharma and Healthcare Trainer | Switzerland(Corporate) | req46660
Global role in the Kuehne + Nagel Group. Preferably, we are looking for a candidate who will be based at the headquarters in Schindellegi Switzerland.
YOUR ROLE
As a Global Pharma and Healthcare Trainer you will be accountable for ensuring that all KN employees within the pharma and helathcare vertical (BU and FU) have been trained adequately in order that they can faultlessly execute their defined duties. In this role there is a high frequency of global travel required.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and support the development and execution of globally and regional aligned training and development programs eg. KN PharmaChain service portfolio
· Ensure that all statutory and compliance training requirements are met
· Ensure that all pharma and healthcare staff have thorough knowledge of required systems, procedures and pharma and healthcare logistics requirements
· Identify training and development needs within the business through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
· Support the development of global, regional and national induction programs
· Champion use of the my Learning system and actively contribute to the creation of eLearning and blended learning programs
· Deliver trainings personally and assist both line managers and nominated trainiers solve specific training problems
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Apprenticeship at a transportation organisation
· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or equivalent preferred
· In-depth knowledge and experience in a Sales / Business Unit or/and Training Position
· Fluent English (German language and others preferred)
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly pro-active, fast acting, supportive and self motivated
· Analytical way of thinking and advanced document management skills
· Advanced user of MS Office
