Your Role
Your primary objective is to ensure the global delivery of operational + commercial commitments through orchestration of all activities + stakeholders across all transport modes + geographies.Your Responsibilities
- To build, empower + inspire a high performing Operational Key Account team + community.
- To develop + maintain expert knowledge of your customers’ business needs + our solutions offering.
- To build strong, trust based relationships with customers, manufacturers, SaaS providers, carriers and our internal global network.
- To create, improve + socialize key documents/information such as standard operating procedures (SOP).
- To ensure awareness + full understanding of all related processes + Service Level Agreements (SLA) through regular audits, training, coaching, along with guiding internal + external stakeholders.
- To establish + improve the operational control environment to ensure near real-time visibility on key performance indicators (KPI) + leading process measures.
- To proactively identify performance gaps + risks, collaborate with internal + external parties on corrective/preventive actions + escalate structural issues/risks related to systems, resources + facilities.
- To organize, prepare + conduct regular performance reviews.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong project management skills + knowledge of International Supply Chain solutions, along with your operational experience + relationships will be the key to your success.
