Global Customer Solutions Integration Expert (m/f/d)

Your Role

In this role you will consult and support our internal EDI community and provide the infrastructure, documentation and tools which enables our community users to perform EDI/data integration projects in a high professional and efficient way for all our Global Customer Solution integration applications.

Your Responsibilities

·  Collaborate with business and technical clients to understand business needs, and coordinate the activities related to data integration processes across multiple functional teams
·  Document business needs in various formats, methods and architecture tools
·  Derive requirements and specifications from business needs and produce logical data mappings
·  Troubleshoot and analyze data integration interfaces in EAI, ESB, API, and SQL Databases
·  Provide 3rd level integration support and training to the global data integration community
·  Participate in various data initiatives and other one-time tasks assigned by Manager
·  Develop processes/procedures, applying best practices to current team capabilities and software in a fashion that can be consumed by both technical and business level resources

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
·  Fluent in English
·  Excellent communication skills and likes to work in an international environment
·  Proven ability to learn and assimilate concepts quickly and communicate those via written, graphical and oral means to technical and business Teams
·  Experience with various data integration architecture methods and software is preferred
·  Good IT affinity or knowledge on EDI formats and communication protocols is preferred
·  Experience completing projects in JIRA or similar project management tool is preferred
·  Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize work and manage available time according to department goals and standards
